Patrick Canan, D.O.


Patrick Canan, D.O., is a board certified family practice physician who has been with Annapolis Primary Care since 2001. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Maryland and medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Canan completed his internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and his family practice residency at Georgetown University. He served as an army flight surgeon in the U.S. and overseas. He has lived in Annapolis, Md. for 10 years with his wife and children.

Patricia Czapp, M.D.


Patricia Czapp, MD received her medical degree in 1990 from Georgetown University, where she also served as Chief Resident of the Family Medicine Residency Program. She serves as Chair of Clinical Integration for Anne Arundel Health System and as Medical Director of Primary Care for Anne Arundel Physician Group. She resides with her family in Annapolis.

R. Scott Eden, M.D.


R. Scott Eden, M.D., is a native of Richmond, VA, and attended Duke University and received his medical degree from Duke University in 1980. Dr, Eden graduated from the Duke-Watts Family Medicine Program in 1983, where he served as chief resident. After serving on the clinical faculty for one year at Duke University (while his wife, Janice Bird, M.D., finished her obstetrics and gynecology residency), Dr. Eden moved to Annapolis, Md. where he is in his 26th year of practicing family medicine. He has a special interest in distance running and public health issues.

Andrew McGlone, M.D.


Andrew McGlone, M.D. is a Baltimore native and graduate of St. Mary’s College of Maryland. After serving a year as an Americorps volunteer, he attended University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Maryland, where he also served as chief resident. He joined Annapolis Primary Care and the Anne Arundel Medical Center in 2005. He is strongly committed to preventative medicine and patient education. He resides in Annapolis, Md. with his wife and children where he enjoys anything to get him outside in the company of friends and family.

Semra Sahinci, M.D.


Semra Sahinci, M.D. joined Annapolis Primary Care in 2007 after practicing several years on the Eastern Shore in Maryland. An energetic, self-motivated physician with excellent training, Dr. Sahinci received her medical degree from Hacettepe University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Temple University at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, PA. Dr. Sahinci is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Association of Family Practitioners. She is a board certified family physician and accepting new patients.

Natalie Lake, M.D.


Dr. Lake served for 14 years in the U.S. Navy. She received her medical degree at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Md. in 2002. Dr. Lake was a flight surgeon with a marine helicopter squadron for 3 years and participated in 2 tours in Iraq before completing her residency in family practice at Camp Pendleton, CA as a chief resident. Dr. Lake lives in Annapolis, Md. and enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, and 2 goofy dogs.
